The Times covered the court case by early investors, founders and employees (Link here) against KKR and Shamrock Capital.
There is probably a great movie in this once the dust settle but comments here just give some background of my early involvement.
I met the founders in a coffee shop in 2007 to discuss there plans to start a company called Hubdub (prediction market game) and was so impressed with the founding team I wrote a cheque.
Fast forward a few years and over the next few posts I hope to share my involvement helping them raise the first external capital.
The story is far from over and this David v Goliath story rolls slowly through the court system in the US and the UK.
